1. Service Description

Timber is an SMS-enabled platform designed to connect buyers and sellers within the wood products industry. The service facilitates introductions, notifications, and account-related communications via text message and web interfaces.

2. SMS Messaging Use Cases

By opting in, users may receive SMS messages from Timber by iDRY LLC, including but not limited to:

Buyer and seller match notifications

Account and service updates

Transactional or operational messages

Customer support communications

Message frequency varies based on user activity.

3. Opt-In & Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt in to receive SMS messages through online forms or by other explicit consent methods.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For assistance, reply HELP.

Opting out will stop all non-essential SMS communications.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Timber by iDRY LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Timber service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDRY LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Timber after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which iDRY LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
