Timber – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Timber service (“Timber,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including participation via SMS by texting START to a Timber phone number and any related website, software, or communications.
By accessing or using Timber, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Ownership and Sponsorship
Timber is owned and operated by GROW Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Owner”).
Timber is sponsored by iDRY LLC, which provides industry support, promotion, and resources but does not operate or control the Timber platform.
2. Description of the Service
Timber is an SMS-based marketplace and matchmaking service designed to connect buyers and sellers of lumber, firewood, sawmill services, kiln services, and related wood-industry products or services.
Timber facilitates introductions only. Timber is not a broker, agent, dealer, or party to any transaction between users.
All communications initially occur via SMS and may transition off-platform at the users’ discretion.
3. SMS Signup and Consent
By texting START to a Timber phone number, you:
Consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS messages from Timber
Acknowledge that message frequency varies
Understand that standard message and data rates may apply
Confirm you are at least 18 years old
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Communicate respectfully and professionally
Not misuse, scrape, spam, harass, or attempt to circumvent the platform
You are solely responsible for verifying the identity, qualifications, pricing, quality, and legality of any counterparty you engage with through Timber.
5. No Guarantees or Endorsements
Timber does not:
Guarantee matches, sales, leads, or outcomes
Verify buyers or sellers
Endorse or certify any user, product, or service
Inspect or validate materials, pricing, or delivery
All transactions, negotiations, payments, logistics, and disputes occur entirely between users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Timber, GROW Marketing LLC, and iDRY LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
This includes lost profits, lost inventory, disputes, injuries, delays, misrepresentation, or failed transactions
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GROW Marketing LLC, iDRY LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your communications or transactions
Your violation of these Terms
8. Privacy
Your use of Timber is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use personal information, including phone numbers and message data.
SMS conversations may be logged for quality control, analytics, and platform improvement.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue Timber at any time
Change features, workflows, or eligibility
Restrict or terminate access for violations
Timber is currently offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
10. Intellectual Property
All Timber branding, workflows, messaging logic, software, and content are the property of GROW Marketing LLC and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or reused without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.
